Charles is the Assistant Director at Inspire as well as one of our favorite teachers.

 

Charles Ingram’s career in art has spanned many years and the modes of expression of his art has involved just as many mediums. Charles has been a landscapist, portraitist, muralist, theatre set designer, museum diorama artist, mobile museum designer, courtroom artist, graphic artist, graphic designer, cartoonist, syndicated political cartoonist, caricaturist, book illustrator, documentary artist for film, police sketch artist, medical illustrator (surgical procedures, patent illustrations for medical equipment and/or techniques and general anatomy imagery for various mediums), kinesiology artist (accident scene recreations as well as resulting injuries to victims), patent artist, storyboard artist (film and animation), architectural renderer, stone sculptor, wood sculptor, metal sculptor, clay sculptor, glass artist, and Art Instructor (teaching painting and sculpting). He has juried multiple art shows throughout Texas. He instructs painting and stone sculpture and is the Operations Manager of Inspire Community Fine Art Center in San Antonio, Texas.
