Thanks to the Arts Fund SA, Inspire Fine Art Community Center has been selected to receive a Bexar County 2017 Arts Internship grant! This means we are looking for a college summer intern for 2017! This internship pays $3,500 for a 10 week program. Interns must be ready to start on or before June 5, and can end on or later than August 11, 2017, but not before. Interns must work at least a 40-hour week, but no more. This can include weeknights and weekends as may be required by the organization’s schedule, specific hours in a week worked can be flexible as long as the intern fulfills a 40-hour commitment. You must be able to attend both public presentations to promote the program; June 6th, presentation at Bexar County Commissioner’s Court, and the August 10th Intern Award Luncheon, hosted by County Judge Wolf. The primary duties of Inspire’s summer intern will be to assist with Summer Camps, Mon.- Fri. 8:30-5:30 and with our Free Family Art Days, 2nd Saturday of each month, 9:30 - 1:30.
